By visiting the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order on the Site.
3. Products and information
3.1 Product descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours, packaging and designs may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
3.2 Pet use only
Our products are meant for pets only. Dog toys should be used under supervision. Please remove any toy that becomes damaged, and choose a size suitable for your dog.
3.3 No veterinary advice

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order applies.
4.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
4.3 Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.
5. Orders
5.1 Order acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when payment is received and we send an order confirmation by email or SMS. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, misuse or an error.
5.2 Your details
You are responsible for giving accurate name, address, PIN code, email and phone details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines, areas and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for products received damaged, spoilt or expired. Cancellations, claims and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
